Prescription Ordering Help

Ordering Details - What you need to do:

1. We need the original prescription from an NZ Doctor
2. We need a daytime delivery address where you will be available to sign on delivery.
3. We need a daytime contact telephone number (in case the Pharmacist needs to contact you).
4. We need your cheque or credit card details.
